Known for her strategic vision and people-centered leadership style, Lindsay oversees daily operations for all Heritage locations, ensuring consistency, compassion, and quality in every family interaction. 

With a background spanning operational management, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership, Lindsay has built a career around elevating teams and strengthening organizational performance. She is passionate about developing leaders, refining systems that support both staff and families, and fostering a culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and innovation.
